CHIA, CHOCOLATE & BANANA PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 200g Chia seeds
  • 1 Ltr Milk
  • 70g Sugar (or other sweetener)
  • 35g Cocoa powder
  • 140g Banana

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl apart from the banana
  • Whisk together well and leave in the fridge for 2 hours
  • Peel the bananas and roughly chop
  • After 2 hours remove the chia from the fridge and mix well
  • Add to the chia the chopped banana and mix well
  • Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight
  • Serve by spooning into a bowl
