CHIA & CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 200g Chia seeds
  • 800g Almond milk
  • 200g Natural yogurt
  • 200g Natural yogurt (topping)
  • 75g Coco powder
  • 20g Honey
  • 40g Honey (drizzle topping)
  • 20g Shaved almonds
  • 40g Shaved almonds (topping)

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl apart from the honey and almonds marked as toppings
  • Leave to soak overnight
  • Place the shaved almonds on a baking sheet and cook in a pre heated oven at 140c
  • Cook till golden in color
  • Remove from the heat and leave to cool naturally
  • Once cool store in an air tight container till needed
  • To serve spoon the pudding into a dish and add a spoon of yogurt
  • Top with the toasted almonds and drizzle with the honey
