CHIA & CHOCOLATE PUDDING

- 200g Chia seeds
- 800g Almond milk
- 200g Natural yogurt
- 200g Natural yogurt (topping)
- 75g Coco powder
- 20g Honey
- 40g Honey (drizzle topping)
- 20g Shaved almonds
- 40g Shaved almonds (topping)
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl apart from the honey and almonds marked as toppings
- Leave to soak overnight
- Place the shaved almonds on a baking sheet and cook in a pre heated oven at 140c
- Cook till golden in color
- Remove from the heat and leave to cool naturally
- Once cool store in an air tight container till needed
- To serve spoon the pudding into a dish and add a spoon of yogurt
- Top with the toasted almonds and drizzle with the honey
