CHERRY TOMATOES AND BURRATA ON CROSTINI

Ingredients

  • 1/2 piece of Burrata
  • 80g cherry tomatoes
  • 40g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 10g basil
  • 6g balsamic vinegar
  • 20g olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 60g country loaf

Instructions

  • Take the slice of bread and rub with olive oil
  • Place on the panini grill and toast
  • Wash the tomatoes and remove the core
  • Cut into halves and place in a mixing bowl
  • Add to the bowl the balsamic and olive oil
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Place the toasted bread in the base of the dish
  • Spoon over the cherry tomatoes
  • Place the Burrata on the top
  • Finish with the basil leaves
