CHEDDAR & TOMATO CHUTNEY GRILLED CHEESE

Ingredients
- 8 Slices sourdough
- 480g Mature cheddar cheese
- 320g Tomato chutney
- 80g Butter
- 40g Olive oil
Instructions
- Take the sourdough and spread with butter on both sides
- On 4 slices place the grated cheddar cheese
- On 4 slices spread the tomato chutney
- Place the 2 slices together to form sandwiches
- Coat the grill with the olive oil and place the sandwiches on the grill
- Cook till golden then turn
- Once both sides are golden place the sandwiches on a tray and place in a pre-heated oven (180c)
- Cook till hot through and the cheese has completely melted
- Remove from the oven
- Cut diagonally and serve immediately
- Serve plain or with a side of salad leaves
