BROWN RICE BREAKFAST BOWL

- 80g cooked brown rice
- 60g choi sum
- 10g red chili
- 40g radish
- 20g green onions
- 1 egg
- 4g sesame seeds
- 10g olive oil
- 20g chili oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Wash the choi sum and peel the radish
- Roughly chop the choi sum
- Slice the radish into thin bite size pieces
- Place the oil in a pan and begin to heat
- Add to the pan the Sliced red chili
- Saute for a minute then add the radish and choi sum
- Add the brown rice and warm through
- Place an egg on to poach in salted boiling water
- Once the rice is warm through add the sesame seeds and finely sliced green onions
- Spoon into a serving dish and top with the poached egg
- Finish with the chili oil
