BROWN RICE BREAKFAST BOWL

Ingredients

  • 80g cooked brown rice
  • 60g choi sum
  • 10g red chili
  • 40g radish
  • 20g green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 4g sesame seeds
  • 10g olive oil
  • 20g chili oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the choi sum and peel the radish
  • Roughly chop the choi sum
  • Slice the radish into thin bite size pieces
  • Place the oil in a pan and begin to heat
  • Add to the pan the Sliced red chili
  • Saute for a minute then add the radish and choi sum
  • Add the brown rice and warm through
  • Place an egg on to poach in salted boiling water
  • Once the rice is warm through add the sesame seeds and finely sliced green onions
  • Spoon into a serving dish and top with the poached egg
  • Finish with the chili oil
