BREAKFAST BISCUITS

Ingredients
- 280g AP flour
- 80g butter
- 5g baking powder
- 5g salt
- 180g cream
Instuctions
- Place the flour, baking powder, salt and butter in a mixing bowl
- Mix till crumb texture is acheived
- Add to the bowl the craem and bring the mix together at low speed
- As soon as the dough has formed turn off the mixer and remove from the bow
- Leave in the fridge to rest covered in plastic
- After 20 minutes remove from the fridge
- Roll out on a dusted surface to 1" thick
- Cut into discs, reserve in the freezer till needed
- Remove from the freezer
- Brush with egg wash
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 12-20 minutes
- Once cooked remove from the heat and leave to cook naturally
- To serve warm in the oven for 3-5 minutes
