BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

Ingredients

2.2 kilo sour cream
550g mayonnaise
180g white vinegar
500g blue cheese
30g salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a bowl
Blend with the immersion blender
Store in the fridge till needed
