Ingredients

  • 200g Hollandaise
  • 5g Fresh tarragon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Remove the leaves from the stems and make sure they are clean and free from grit
  • Roughly chop the tarragon and place in a bowl
  • Add to the bowl the hollandaise
  • Mix well and season if needed with salt and pepper
