- 200g Hollandaise
- 5g Fresh tarragon
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Remove the leaves from the stems and make sure they are clean and free from grit
- Roughly chop the tarragon and place in a bowl
- Add to the bowl the hollandaise
- Mix well and season if needed with salt and pepper
