BANANA BREAD
Prep/Cooking Time: 45-60 Minutes

- 4 cups AP flour
- 1 1/2 Baking soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 120g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 6 Bananas
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 40g Brown sugar
- 2g Cinammon
Instructions
- Place the eggs and sugar in a mixer and beat till trippled in volume
- Sieve the remaining dry ingredients in a bowl
- Melt the butter and reserve on the side
- Add the vanilla to the milk and set aside
- Once all the ingredients are ready combine in a larger bowl by folding them together
- Peel the bananas and mash with a fork
- Add the bananas to the rest of the ingredients and fold through
- Pour the batter into a prepared tin
- Sprinkle with the sugar and cinammon
- Place in a preheated oven at 360f
- Cook for 35 minutes or until a knife withdrawers clean
- Set asside to cool before cutting
