BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

  • 4 cups AP flour
  • 1 1/2 Baking soda
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 120g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla

  • 40g Brown sugar
  • 2g Cinammon

Instructions

  • Place the eggs and sugar in a mixer and beat till trippled in volume
  • Sieve the remaining dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Melt the butter and reserve on the side
  • Add the vanilla to the milk and set aside

  • Once all the ingredients are ready combine in a larger bowl by folding them together

  • Peel the bananas and mash with a fork
  • Add the bananas to the rest of the ingredients and fold through

  • Pour the batter into a prepared tin 
  • Sprinkle with the sugar and cinammon
  • Place in a preheated oven at 360f

  • Cook for 35 minutes or until a knife withdrawers clean

  • Set asside to cool before cutting
