AVOCADO & CHILI CROSTINI

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 2 Red finger chilis
  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro
  • 2 Lemons, juiced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Take the avocados and remove the stone and skin
  • Place the flesh in a bowl and add to it the lemon juice
  • Mix the avocado with the juice immediately to avoid browning
  • Peel the onion and finely chop
  • Add the oinion to the avocado and mix together
  • Deseed the chili and wash the cilantro
  • Finely chop both and add to the avocado
  • Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Check the seasoning and add more if needed

To serve

  • Take a pre made crostini and place on a tray
  • Top the crostini with a spoon of the avocado mix
