AVOCADO & CHILI CROSTINI

Ingredients
- 3 Avocados
- 1/2 Red onion
- 2 Red finger chilis
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Take the avocados and remove the stone and skin
- Place the flesh in a bowl and add to it the lemon juice
- Mix the avocado with the juice immediately to avoid browning
- Peel the onion and finely chop
- Add the oinion to the avocado and mix together
- Deseed the chili and wash the cilantro
- Finely chop both and add to the avocado
- Add a little olive oil, salt and pepper
- Check the seasoning and add more if needed
To serve
- Take a pre made crostini and place on a tray
- Top the crostini with a spoon of the avocado mix
