ANARI WITH SUMAC

Ingredients

  • 100g Anari
  • 20g Greek yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2g Sumac
  • 4g sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Pizzetta base
  • 20ml olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the Anari in a small bowl with the Greek yogurt
  • Mix together and season with the salt and pepper
  • Place the pizzetta base in the Panini grill to warm up
  • Once warmed and with grill marks cut into 3 pieces
  • Place the bread onto the bottom of the dish
  • Spoon on the Anari mix
  • Sprinkle with Sumac and toasted sesame seeds
  • Drizzle with olive oil and serve
